Flash any firmware on the phone. The one you are currently using or any other firmware. Root permission will be closed after this. If you want to root again then just enter Meizu account password and your device will be rooted again.

Open SuperSU and install binaries, reboot your device. Allow SuperSU to always run in the background through the security app and you won't have root not detected problems again. | |
