For Google apps, you can use either hot apps based Google installer or you can just download a zip file from this link and then after unzipping the file install every app which will allow to use Google apps on your phone.

If you already have play store in previous version then no need of downloading it again.Just do not wipe the data on update.

if u backup ur data before going to update.. no need to install again..simply recover from backup ..
