they can connect from other Hotspot exept mine..how come all of my friends have same problem?

Check your tethering configuration, check the security, if wpa2 psk has been checked then change it to wpa psk. Did you set your network to hidden, if yes then uncheck also. If after all of that still your friend don't get your hotspot then, type on the dial pad, *#*#4636#*#*, to check WiFi setting. Tap on refresh stats by turning on the hotspot. May be this should solve, otherwise there is serious error with your hotspot setting which just on text can't be solved.

Check every app permission, whether you gave administrative permission to any app. Go to settings, then find administrator and credentials inside security settings and check are there any ghost app that you didn't give admin permission.
