pathetic meizured lines, m back button not working and also the fingerprint... random reboots, overheating... sometimes it doesn't charge with the company charger... and when completely drained takes time to get on with some Chinese dialogue which I hardly understand. all users encountered this problems. And yeah, we did send our device to service centre for replace.. but guess what's next? it may problem again.

mBack should be replaced first. You have to go to a service centre. If your phone doesn't charge then try using a 300V charger instead of the 240V supplied with the phone.
