Meizu m3 Note Mic - voice goes down during calls -Hi all,
I have a serious problem during calls using Meizu M3 Note. In all the calls the person I am calling reports to me the sound of my voice goes down like if i were speaking very far from the phone, and then back again to a normal volume, but after small period of time it goes down again.... So they cannot understand and the calls are very uncorfortable. So far I have unsuccessfully tried: I have already formated + set back the phone to originall settings Upgraded it to the last available version of fyme version: 5.1.12.1G But the problem persists. Any advice / help will be really appreciated. Thanks! | |

Hey, please try updating to Flyme 6 stable update with clear data ticked. If it doesn't solve the problem then it maybe a hardware problem and you'll have to take your device to a service centre.

Hi !
Thanks for the feedback. Let me update you: -. I have updated the device to flyme 6 ( clearing data also) but the issue is still there... I do no think it is a hardware issue becoue if during the call I actívate the speaker.. the call goes without any problem, the receptor of the call does not report any decrease on the volumen ... even if the mirco is the same one! Any advise it will be more than welcome. Thanks!!! | |
