You are using chinese version, you can download 'Google installer' from app store to install google play services

hey buddy just do one thing...use another google account on ua device..install an app from new account den remove d new account...u can use wd ua old account den wdout any issue...plz do rply after trying it...!!

Somtimes you need manually syn the google account or reboot the phone and add the account againe
