Hi, M2 Note supports SD card of FAT32 format. Please check your SD card format, if it's not FAT32, then it cannot be used on the M2 Note.

KKPanda create on 2017-04-25 12:55 please make the flyme 6 read and use a non FAT32 sd card because we're having trouble finding FAT32 sd card on the market im sure a lot of user is having a trouble of using a non FAT32 format sd card specially those users who has a phone that can read up to 128gb sd card but needs a required format to enable the phone to read it... if the flyme 6 enables us to use a non FAT32 sd card a lot of user like me will be happy to use large sd card... i find it very hard to convert it into FAT32...

derickjohnrosel03 replied at 2017-04-26 09:02 Hi, sorry for the inconvenience caused, we'll pass this suggestion to our product managers. Meanwhile, could you use Windows to format your SD card and before the formatting starts, you can change the disk format from NTFS to FAT 32. This is the solution for now, sorry again for the inconvenience. Have a nice day!
