I think they never going to release VoLTE for m2.I also asked for the meizu support with a proof that they can implement VoLTE, but they refused that they can't give update.So you better buy new phone and I'll recommend to buy very famous model phones like mi, lenovo, Sony etc. because they'll more responsive interms of their updates .You can see the image of gionee f103 running the same chipset have volte but not m2.better wait for 1 month, if no updates buy a new phone

You can buy newer devices like M5 Note. All newer devices will have VoLTE support.
