Camera errorHello,
I have Flyme 6.0.2.0A version, but before that had latest stable Flyme 5.1.11.1A. Before big update on New Year when finally Flyme 6 came out I never had any problems with my camera, but now sometimes it works, but mostly its not and shows "Camera is occupied. Try again later." What does this error mean? I tried to flash firmware, wiped app data many times, switched from Flyme 6 back to Flyme 5 and upgraded back to Flyme 6 again, but nothing changed. Sometimes its working, sometimes not. Its anoying. I need camera. How to fix this issue permanently? I bought Meizu with A version, directly from China, but never had any problems.

Try to clear the data of the camera app and if it's will not solve - update again to the last version with clear data option.

Did that already a couple times, but the error comes back again. Sometimes when camera is working it just freezes and stops, then appears that message again "Camera is occupied. Try again later."
When I restart 3-5 times it works again, but not every time. Maybe this is a hardware issue? How to test it correctly?

fantasythief create on 2017-04-09 05:14 I don't understand... did you try to clear data of the camera app and to update your version to the last version with clear data option? and you can check by download other camera app from the play store

Yes, I did as you suggested a couple times, but it did not work. I downloaded Open Camera from Play Store, but the situation repeats again. Apk is working few times and then stops for a while. Is that a system bug or a hardware issue?
Before upgrade to Flyme 6 I never had any problems with camera. I even never tried to change original A version to G (Global).

Hi guys I have a little fix for the problem 1- Root you device 2- Download Ice box from play store ( or your favorite store) 3- Freeze the flyme camera app 4- install another camera app( in my case Camera mx) 5- Never more camera crash ;) At least not a hardware problem. But it is a serious optimization problem with the main camera app
