Root the phone and install an app that remove bloatware or system app. In another phone i can disable any system app but meizu can't do that.

Disable background running of Opera Max and clear it's cache and data. If it still starts and interrupts your connection then please root your device. (It won't do any harm that's why Meizu gives an option to root directly through settings) after rooting install system app remover from play store give it root permission and uninstall operma max.
