hi guys,

i forgot the lockscree password and the fingerprint sensor does no longer work (it works 1 time each 100)
When i tried to do the hard reset by recovery it blocked because it asked the lockscreen password
The same when i try to update the system, or reset it by Google Device Manager.

I have to reset the device. How can i do it? please help!
