Windows XP Environment
1. Create or modify the file C:\Documents and Settings\<Your username>\.android\adb_usb.ini. Add a line (with the content "0x2a45") to this file.

2. Check whether the ADB device exists (in the command line program).
    adb kill-server
    adb devices

Windows 7 Environment
1. Create or modify the file C:\User\<Your username>\.android\adb_usb.ini. Add a line (with the content "0x2a45") to this file.

2. Check whether the ADB device exists (in the command line program).
    adb kill-server
    adb devices


Ubuntu Environment
1. Create or modify the file ~/.android/adb_usb.ini. Add a line (with the content "0x2a45") to the beginning or end of the file.

2. Create or modify the file /etc/udev/rules.d/51-android.rules.
2.1 Modify the file permission:
    sudo chmod a+rx /etc/udev/rules.d/51-android.rules

2.2 Add a line (with the following content) to the file:
    SUBSYSTEM=="usb", ATTR{idVendor}=="2a45", MODE="0666", GROUP="plugdev"

4. Ensure that you are in the user group "plugdev".
    sudo adduser plugdev

5. Restart the udev service in accordance with the following procedure, or directly restart the PC.
    sudo service udev restart

6. Check whether the ADB device exists.
    adb kill-server
    adb devices
