Burn-in & ghost image on screen (M3s)Hi! I'm having an issue with my M3s relating to "burn in/ghost image" appearing on the screen. It will usually disappear after a short while but it's really annoying.
I've tried using the "fix burn in images" app on Playstore but it doesn't seem to fix the problem. Anyone here having the same issue and any ideas on how to fix this? PS - My phone is currently on Flyme 6 Beta Global version. Thanks

It will be helpful if you post a photo of your problem. As you have described it and as burn-in is usually referred to, it is a display defect. If your phone is still under warranty then you can visit the service centre to check whether your phone is eligible for a display replacement otherwise you'll have to pay for it.

rudra964 create on 2017-03-17 17:00 Thanks for the reply. Actually I did screen capture the image of the issue. However upon reviewing the image, the ghostly image didn't appear as, imho, this is a hardware issue and not a software issue. I'll call up my nearest Meizu service center and see how it go after that...
