can't play youtube...everytime when i am trying to use youtube..it will ask me for google play service...which is not installing properly...even i am not able to change wallpaper plz resolve the issue...

Download GMS from hot apps or Meizu store and uninstall all Google services. Now go to security app and run cleaner then restart your phone. Now run GMS again and install Google Apps and services again.
