Local Ringtones LocationHey guys, wanna ask. Where is location (or path) of local ringtones? I tried to use my custom ringtone for some chat apps (line & kakaotalk), when i clicked at "more" (to find my custom ringtone), turns out they only detected local ringtone from my phone. do you think the problem bcs i put my ringtones to wrong path so they cant detect it or bcs i use wrong format type?

Hi, if you put your ringtones to the Ringtone folder, then the custom ringtones should be appearing when you set your ringtones. If that doesn't work properly, you can report this to Bugs section with more details. Thanks!

KKPanda replied at 2017-03-16 10:08 well, i don't think it's a bug bcs if i checked that Ringtone folder from Setting > Sound and Vibration, i can find it (picture: on my Ringtone folder, from Setting: 1 & 2) . but, when i checked on Line & Kakaotalk, i can't find the custom ringtones, they only detected the device ringtone. (on Line, on Kakaotalk). and just for comparison, WhatsApp can find the custom ringtones (here). tbh, i kinda not sure the problem why those custom ringtones won't appeared on Line & Kakaotalk. i thought about some reason, like maybe i should put in device ringtones location or path, or maybe bcs it has different format, or maybe there are other reason. | |
