whatsapp stops workingI am using M3S ver 5.12 , this is an intermittent issue that my whatsapp stops working whereas internet works fine. Meizu team advice how to fix this

There may be a problem in your Phone software. Do update it to latest available Flyme OS 6.

I have a similar problem with 5.1.6, whereby it goes into Whatsapp, and immediatey exits, with M2. Any ideas?

I had the same problem with 5.1.12.0G, I updated to 6.7.3.3G and the problem disappeared.

Have you tried to uninstall WhatsApp and then reinstalling it back. I would do that first if I was you. Although upgrading to version 6 is a better option but it is still in beta version and it would be best to wait for the stable release.

Report it in the bug section along with a brief descr iption. While upgrading to flyme 6 please choose clear data option and don't forget to back up your data before flashing your phone's firmware.
