Mediatek's MiraVision 2.0 is already implemented in m3 note that's why you don't see proper whites anywhere except in photos and videos. Except there, everywhere in the UI you will notice a dull white colour, that is to protect your eyes from strain. If you still want to reduce more blue light then you can use 3rd party apps like dimly, etc.
