Sound is not working at all, speaker problem ?The sound in my m3 note have suddenly disappeared , NO RINGTONE; NO MEDIA SOUND, NOTHING AT ALL !!
The only sound I can heard is when I have a call, but when I switch to Speaker, there is no sound again ! The firmware version is Flyme 5.1.12.0G Stable version Please suggest me some solutions, is it a way to be sure it´s a hardware problem ? Thank you! | |

Re flash firmware with clear data. If you face the same issue then it is a hardware problem and you'll have to contact your nearest service centre.
