I have bought a Meizu M3 Note today. With box, money receipt and other papers. When I want to sign in with my flyme account, it says already an account exist and it needs to be logged out first. I have contacted the person from whom I bought. He says he did not log in the device with flyme account. At this stage, Kindly help me logging out the unknown account. I have valid money receipt, box and other documents while purchasing. Attaching the image of flyme account log in issue. Kindly help soonest possible.

Are there any Meizu certified service centers in your city/country? I'd suggest to contact them to solve this.

Download the latest firmware from the forum and update the phone with clear data ticked. you won't see that error again.

That is not normal. If you have a Meizu service centre in your area see if they agree to hard reset your device. | |
