Only the Meizu Pro 6 Plus features a Heart rate sensor built into the mBack button... Other Meizu phone (or even other brand phones) do not come with this feature... It is a hardware feature and cannot be downloaded through an app...

Only Meizu Pro 6 Plus has hardware to measue heart rate. But there isn't a software for it yet.
