Not able to boot into recovery mode m2guys.when i try to hard reset my m2 and enter recovery mode, but its not happening..its just rebooting..and when i tried to factory reset ,that also not happening...im using 5.1.12.0 g ..plz help me i wanna clear my data...thank you.

reflash same firmware with clear data.

Download firmware from http://www.flymeos.com/firmware.html, Copy the update.zip on your phone and select System Upgrade + Clear Data.
