Download manager not workingWhile downloading from Play store... the download process is not working fine.... it keeps on tapping from waiting and downloading... and also for one download it is showing more than 3 estimated time...
Bt if i clear the data of download manager and then try downloading..its working fine... bt i need a permanant fix... its annoying.. any body help me plzzz | |

Hello, You can use shell commands to make Download Manager cache and data clearing easier than navigating trought the settings menus. Also you can use Automate application to create a Flow which will execute these commands and launch Google Play Store afterwards. Then you can create a desktop shortcut to this Flow, and this way you will have cache and data of download Manager cleared each time you use the shortcut to start Play Store. You can you use Terminal Emulator to test these commands, but first you will have to enter superuser mode. So all the commands necessary to run are: su pm clear com.providers.downloads pm clear com.providers.downloads.ui Im not a dev but will try to prepare an APK to clean up cache & data and run Play Store automatically.
