If you got Media tek chipset in your phone then you have those features by default.
You can check if your device has Media Tek chipset by downloading CPU-Z app from play store.

Fauzi99 replied at 2017-02-20 23:39 Clearmotion is used to reduce the motion blur created when browsing scrolling or watching videos. While it is definitely enabled for scrolling and browsing i can't say that it is enabled for videos. It isa form of video processing in which intermediate animation frames are generated between existing ones by means of interpolation, in an attempt to make animation more fluid and to compensate for display motion blur. This happens in videos too but i don't think it is enabled for videos. While the refresh rate of all Meizu devices powered by Helio P & X series maxes out at 60Hz you can easily say that it is enabled on all Meizu devices which have processors of that series. I can't say anything about other Meizu devices because i don't have one to test it. Miravision was touted while promotion when m3 note was launched in my country. However, i don't think it is enabled.

Fauzi99 create on 2017-02-22 03:46 Then clear motion is already enabled. Without it the phone cannot reach a refresh rate of 60Hz
