They will give you one silly answer just to brush you off. Most of the time users will have to go to Google to look for the solution/answer. Last Saturday I went to a local Meizu Store to find out why my battery is draining so fast. Their representatives informed me that it might be faulty battery or software issue but they cannot really determine the issue until they sent it back to the service center. So I asked whether I can leave my phone with them and they just give me a call when they figured out what went wrong with my phone. They said no because they have to verify something with their service centre and will call me later. So I left my contact details with them and went off. It was two days ago and I still have not heard from them. On the same Saturday I visited Mi Store because I was having some problems with the camera on my Redmi Note 3 Pro and I left my phone with them. On the same day itself, they called me to inform the problem and they also informed me that I can pick-up my phone on the next day. Do you notice the difference? Which brand will you go for? The one who will fix your problems as soon as they can or the one who does not even bother to call you? If Meizu is keen in doing business, then act like one because it is very hard to regain market share once they have lost it. Unless they want to fail miserably like some giant brands that we used to admire. I believe it is about time that they revisit their business plan. | |
