This is one of the selling point of Apple of their iPhones aside from the hardware but also software optimization.

(It's more logic to me that they overhaul the camera app in every manner include 3A algorithms)

And we will sup ... I think "2 years update" is meaningless for meizu as it really moves much slower than other brands to newer versions of android. "2 years update" is for companies that update their past flagships to newer android faster so, they can benefit from 2 newer versions of android like from 5 to 6 and 6 to 7. Hope your flagship devices of 2015 upgrades to android 7 or N too.
