Takes is Android 6 but from the very root if there are no upgrades for ours older models, it means our phones are dead.
I do not believe that soon there will be Android 6 for older phones.

Honestly if we don't get Android 6 (or android N later) on my Meizu MX5 I will never buy another phone from Meizu again. The HW is great, don't get me wrong, but the SW support could be so much better. Even the old Galaxy S5 is getting an update to Android M and that's a device from 2014!

ultrametric replied at 2016-05-03 22:51 Meizu have everything like some amazing products, innovative ideas, etc. all they need to do is adapt to the need of Global customers. That's it if this is done, Meizu will rule like a Boss!!!!

Agreed .. Meizu needs to meet global demands . Also Meizu is busy updating its flyme with latest features rather then updating the android base . [to marshmallow]
Which is acceptable since Flyme is getting all features of Marshmallow ..

ultrametric replied at 2016-05-04 11:46 Indeed no doubt in this . Meizu is just launching devices in China and just China .. Coz of this there's no difference between companies like UMI and Meizu
