Valentine's Day is closing in and all the annual hype is picking up. But if you haven't been getting time to make grand plans this Valentine's, there are apps that will do that for you. All you need to know about are the right apps that will help you book restaurants and deliver flowers, chocolates or gifts to your beloved ones at a click (or swipe). Plus, tonnes of e-commerce sites have come up with special discounts and offers to mark the 'day of love'. Could you ask for more?

We take you through a list of apps that are bound to make your life easier this Valentine:

Storming a restaurant without a prior booking on Valentine's Day is a bad idea and I think everyone will agree. So, if you really want to have a good long conversation over some good food on February 14, then I suggest you look for and book a place in advance.

Zomato has come up with a 'Valentine's Day Specials' section, which displays restaurants, pubs and lounges in your vicinity. You can read reviews, check out photos of the place and look at the menu before deciding if you like the place. Or simply choose one depending on your budget.

No Valentines gift is complete without flowers, and if buying them is a bit too much hassle for you, then get them delivered to your partner's doorsteps. There are a number of apps that deliver flowers and Floraa claims to do so within 3 hours. For those who absolutely love flowers, Floraa offer subscr iptions too. It currently has 'The Olivia', 'The Shanaya' and 'The Layla' bouquets available for delivery.

Then there's Ferns N Petals of course, which is currently offering a huge range of Valentines products. This one has a 'Sweetheart Love Bouquet', 'Vivid-For Love' and 'Hot Red' rose bouquet. You may also choose to get Valentine Cake Hampers or Valentine Chocolate Combos or Valentine Premium Collection delivered through Ferns N Petals.

The Caratlanediscounts on diamonds and gemstones end February 14. It is offering up to 25 per cent off on its products. The extra 5 per cent discount is the special Valentine discount. You can choose from a a wide range of products ranging from pendants to earrings and rings and get them shipped any place you want.

Make sure that the shopping does not create a hole in your pocket by searching for items by price and by discounts. You can look through products depending on savings in categories like 'Save 25%', 'Save 10%', 'Save 20%' etc. Diamonds are a girl's best friends and diamonds on discounts is what boys would love.

The Jabong 'Valentine Gift' collection is for everyone who thinks chocolates and flowers are 'cliche'. The Jabong has a customised Valentine collection wherein you will find anything from perfumes to jewellery, watches and sunglasses. These are basically items that your partner can also use later. There are separate tabs for gifts for 'him' and for 'her'. Accessories for men include bow ties, cufflinks, socks etc while the same for women bags, sunglasses and more.

Well, the last app on our list is Tinder. So the Valentine's Day is approaching and we have pretty much discussed plans and gifts for February 14. But all of this is does not hold any meaning if you are single, right? This is the reason why we put Tinder as a must have app list for Valentine.

Tinder has an easy UI and offers varied options to personalise your dating experience. For example, one can just switch off the discovery of their profile and only keep chatting to the people one has liked. It shows you both men and women to choose from in its settings.
