Are there any flyme developer in this forum?
As here is the only official Flyme English forum and I don't know really other places for asking this. I need a developer of meizu pro5 to give me information about "From what file(s) Android System is pulling audio libraries and effects" in pro5 One of the developer's of V4A app want to help us to bring working V4A version for meizu pro5 but, he need above information that I mentioned. I really appreciate if anybody could help us to solve this issue.

Just a guess but since both the Pro 5/MX4 Pro suffer from the same issue and have the "Hi-Fi Sound" in common wouldn't it be the culprit? If that's the case the only way to fix it would be as stated by Ramtin's, but I've also seen people mentioning running into issues with anything that require a permissive SELinux so it could also be it. In any case gotta agree with ultrametric, it's obviously a software issue and while I hope it'll get fixed the chances are slim considering it apparently never been taken care of on the MX4 Pro, quite sad not to be able to use the best audio processing app with such a good dac :/ Edit: Did as adviced and opened a suggestion asking to either fix the issue for the Pro 5/MX4 Pro or seeing the the dev to ship these with it or at least to cooperate with the developer to give us a version that's compatible with these.

Onohara replied at 2016-02-12 09:57 Also do not forget to see DFX thread suggestion I opened. If they say system partition change are not recommended and it's not for everyone then DFX enhancer could do a lot for us because, it's not related to system partition and can be easily add do the default flyme music player

ultrametric replied at 2016-02-12 15:34 So, if there is no flyme developer here what is the benefit of this forum exactly? I saw how active Xiaomi forum is and hoped that flyme forum is also like Xiaomi.

If people have unsolved problem and this forum does not help them I don't think it can advertise them well.
I really like my pro5 except for display that as I am a designer it seems too green and unnatural when I compare it to other Amoled displays (Samsung recent flagships) or LCDs side by side but, I think releasing some more tweaks for screen can help a lot.

Bumping this thread to add that Dolby Atmos also ain't working with the Pro 5, so we definitely need Meizu to fix their stuff as we're pretty much left with nothing but a very basic equalizer right now. Though if a system wide customizable equalizer is all you need, you might want to check MaxxAudio as the apk alone is enough to get a system wide equalizer as long as you have the app open.
Also as a side note while installing Atmos I noticed that Dirac libs are still here, personally I never used anything before FlyMe 5 so I have no idea how good it is, but if it's any good it could be the only thing we might be able to get to work.

Ramtin: As I said before problem is differences of default file which system pull audio effects from it. If they just tell us which file(s) in pro 5 do this job we can make all mod sounds workable with our device
I currently using DFX player which has the worst

I currently using DFX player which has the worst UI ever (real pain here!) but, much better sound quality and much loader than default music player (I cannot hear sound in crowded place with it)
