the multiscreen as you call it it's developed directly from Flyme developers and they haven't implemented all the app but only certain app. If they update the Android version to 7 we can take the native Android support.

IF want orce all apps in multi-screen then use xposed by default few app have this option if instreted i can explain you about xposed
