can't updateMX6 flyme - firmware corruptplease help!
I've just purchased a new mx6 from aliexpress and when downloaded the last flyme version 5.2.5.0 (I now have 5.2.2.5) I got an error message that the formware is corrupt. I tried to to download the last version from this site and got the same results - what can I do? | |

The seller has tricked the device to install an international firmware on a chinese version, so you have a choice of languages but this blocks the updates. If you install the chinese firmware, you will be able to update, but you can only use the device in English, and you will need to manually install Google Play Services, and remove some bloatware, so, at your own risks | |
