You should go to service center.., there is nothing you can from the software.., maybe your touchscreen been broke..

Touchscreen not working means when you press not get any response.??
Go to settings>settings>accessibility>developer option>Pointer location to get perfect area where screen not working.. If you able then try a clear app data reflash firmware or visit service center. | |
