Antutu allows you to know the frequencies of your device. For my part only a frequency 4g is compatible with a single operator! Friendly.

If it did, when did it stop working? ( Did you flash new firmware or messed with root level interface? Any hardware damage? ) 2) Can you provide frequencies of your provider? P. S. If you are late on paying bill for mobile services, providers sometimes disconnect their SIMS - You can't connect to 4g at all but you won't be able to make any calls/texts so I guess you would know. Keep us updated ^m^

Certain carriers use ceratin frequencies fir their SIM cards. Mine use webe, a 850 Mhz (Band 5) that is more or less compatinke with earlier Meizu devices. Still, able to ultilize 4G through hidden android code : ##4636## to go to phone info and set certain frequency band for your MX4. Hope that helps
