Flyme OS OTA update not working (M2 Note) Edited by Massimu at 2016-12-08 17:04
Hello, Sorry if this issue has already been posted somewhere else... My wife's M2 Note is still on Flyme 5.1.10.0G. When I try to OTA update it, it keeps saying that the phone has the latest version. The phone has not been modified in anyway, etc. Why doesn't it update via OTA? Samething happened to my own phone (also a M2 Note). I had to manualy update it to the latest firmware. Last successful OTA update was version 5.1.6.0G... P.S. Just noticed that other people are having the same issues (http://forum.flymeos.com/forum.p ... hlight=ota%20update). One of the users reported that he was having issues with his SD card. Once he fixed his SD card problems, it started updating over the air. This is not the problem I have with both M2 Note phones. So, it seems that the last thread does not solve the issue of OTA not updating. | |
