Flyme 5.1.11.0G just updated. Not receiving gmail notifications.Hello,
Updated to Flyme 5.1.11.0G on my meizu m2 note about a week ago. At first i had trouble getting back playstore and maps. Finally succeeded by clearing the guest user data. While the update it self is very smooth, i dont receive gmail notifications. I have to manually sync on the app. Viber notifications come through normally, and whatsapp ones are sometimes missed until i manually open the app. I think PayPal notifications dont come through either. I have tried all the possible tweaks suggested here and elsewhere, to no avail. Isnt this the update that was supposed to fix this? My previous fly me was 4.5 i think. Any help is much appreciated. Security>power>standby management>selects app you want.
Also check notification management your app selected or not? | |

What is the paypal app name and which version are you referring to? And also, in notification of apps all are selected but there is not tick available for"popup" on the gmail app for example. Would that make any difference?

Version 5.1.12.0G similar problem with Gmail App ..... no notification and every day at the morning i found the GMAIL app that says it cannot access ..... no way to access ...need to reboot phone and then it access again.
I found out a strange behavior the phone does have two entry in google cloud : one is M3S and the other MZ-M3S ...... can be this the problem? If yes i do not know how to solve it . Please Help . | |
