I would rather choose a Human driver instead of a Robotic one. This is a vast topic and I would like to sum up in short.

1. Humans can interpret and handle an accident situation better than an Robot and more faster than it.

2. Since robots are a machine, they can malfunction and can be penetrated by hackers.

3. There can be communication issues too with your robot driver.

4. Recently there was a few crash incidents that happened with Google's Self-Driving car. Which means that its not completely reliable.

5. It may be possible that the robots may not identify the peds or the surroundings properly in different weather conditions, thus leading to a mishap.
