Just happened to me today. I have silver-white and after I restarted the phone it's on headphone mode. Tried restarting a again but nothing. What can we do? Is there still no solution? I was about to sell the phone because of terrible meizu customer service, most importantly it's 2017 and still on flyme5, but now I can't because of this problem!

Ok so it seems it's hardware issue. I put the phone in the freezer for a couple is seconds and afterwards it worked! So yea this is good because I can sell phone again. Tip to all : DON'T BUY MEIZU PHONES AGAIN!
