UPDATE: Meizu 15, Android 7.1.1, Flyme 7.0.2.1G - WORKS I just discovered that if I set system language to English, region to China than shortcut will work (no more permission errormessage) and tapping the shortcut will open the page where you have to "agree", after restart the phone is rooted... hurray!
