Hi everyone, I'm a new Italian owner of Meizu M3 Note and would like some clarification about a problem in this device. I currently have the 5.1.3.3G version but, even with the released updates, both I and other users have problems in internet connection via 3G/4G. In practice the connection crashes without giving us the opportunity to continue browsing the web, only after a while 'continues. However there are also cases where it takes more time, of course this situation is frustrating and updates so far released have slightly improved the situation but it is not possible in 2016 to have a device that can not keep a stable internet connection. It will be that in Italy is frequently used a frequency that the phone does not own but not being able to navigate even the 3G or HSDPA + is crazy. Please moderators, anyone here have jurisdiction to give us at least some explanation about this comment and turn to the proper authorities because here you may lose many customers at the time angry and disappointed. test with vodafone It Tre It and Wind it all operator, same problem. | |

I forgot to specify that the problem occurs with all major telephone operators in Italy, so it is not a problem of our lines. And yet I know that you have a section where to report bugs but I opened this discussion precisely because they have already been two updates and the problem is still there, and for the record, other problems occurred that now I will not even mention. I upgraded to version 5.1.11.0G and reflected the same unstable connection problems at this point I would like to know if it is a software problem for Italians users or a hardware problem.

Questo team internazionale fa proprio acqua da tutte le parti. È incredibile come non riusciate a creare un firmware decente per m3note che è il vostro modello di punta. Continue disconnessioni o cambi di cella rendono il telefono inutilizzabile. Dovreste ridarci a tutti noi i soldi che abbiamo speso dato che voi siete la casa madre che ha prodotto ste schifezze. Fino a quando avevate 2/3 modelli all'anno, tutto bene; da quando avete iniziato a sfornare 120000 modelli al mese, non siete più riusciti a mantenere le promesse fatte, ma soprattutto, cosa più importante, state progettando firmware totalmente inutilizzabili sul suolo italiano.
