This is not a bug, it is a setting. Other brands have this option too (my friend's Samsung, for example). Unfortunately I don't know how to enable/disable it, neither does my friend .

Videotape create on 2018-08-15 18:55 nah. I think its a bug. cause the time of the philippine side is not right. and that option is not even on the setting. or maybe its a feature of the beta build that got removed, but I accidentally turned it on after I opened the weather app. and crashed the os and I got that clock afterwards (wich if you think the option is in the app.... no its not there, I checked). I hope it will be fixed in the next update

DGJM_Gamerz replied at 2018-08-15 15:40 I had two clocks as well while travelling abroad. As soon as I returned to my carrier it went back to one clock.

Settings>language and region . Just select the country that you actually are at to display that time only. Else you will get the other selected country's time also

Videotape create on 2018-08-16 04:49 ok, but the dual clock is very buggy. the time at the Philippines side is very off about 2 hour and 32 min. advanced then my clock on my notification shade or maybe the U.S. side just mirrored it to the philippines(it just put the clock of the U.S. side to the Philippines side
