To Global Community FansDear fans from MEIZU's Global Community, Thanks for your support and thanks for bringing your requests to our attention. Flyme team has always been concerned about improving global users’ experience with our devices. On hearing our users’requests, we will adopt the following changes: 1) Improve the security of your devices by updating the security patch more promptly. Ever since the end of last year, we have been keeping the security patch up to date with every release, and this year we will continue this strategy. 2) Focus the work of developers and testers on critical issues that you have reported such as: stability, compatibility with third party applications, network issues, and etc. 3) For older devices which will not get Flyme 7, we will provide additional fixing updates when necessary to solve the core issues and to improve the experience. 4) Listen to your feedback on our forum as always, and provide new features based on this feedback. Users may continue reporting bugs and suggestions in our Bugs and Suggestions section. We are collecting these feedbacks on a daily basis. Again, thanks for helping us grow! It will be our priority to meet your demands and provide a new and better Flyme experience. Sincerely, MEIZU TeamMore language options for better reading: Русская версия Українська версія

I hope this is true. I saw lot of improvements in MEIZU and Flyme since launch of M6 Note. But still not equal to what users expect. I already told last year, 2018 gonna be a big year for MEIZU. Let's see.

As a G user and owner of a Meizu M6 Note that hasn't seen one single update since 5 months now, I sincerely hope you keep true to what you have written. I would like to remain a Meizu customer for a long time.

I thank MEIZU for the answers he gave us after our request on Change.org but I would like to forward further requests that could be met, which are not just about me, but the wishes/requests of different people who once followed MEIZU, but then they have decided to abandon. I want to clarify I'm with MEIZU since 2014 and that some of old fans we have remained in a few, a little exhausted by this situation that has been exacerbating in recent years. - It is necessary to optimize the timing of the release of updates, it is not possible to wait several months for a device with serious bugs or to be updated after one year (M5 Note and PRO series) - There has been no transition to new Android versions in recent years in older devices, the only lucky ones are just M5 Note and MX6, for everyone else they are forced to stay with Lollipop and Marshmallow. External producers are already working on the P version. - There is still no official explanation of why Meizu U10 / U20 and M5c will not receive the Flyme 7G although they are fairly recent phones - Why propose the new Meizu M8c when the predecessor will only receive 1 update and then finish the support? - Why in other countries (Hong Kong, Ukraine, Thailand and Russia) receive Meizu phones quickly and in other countries we have to wait from 3 to 6 months? - The Themes app is no longer supported for a year (excluding the Christmas contest) - Why despite having the phone updated with Android security patches of May (PRO 7 with beta closed), some are missing? - I understand that Chinese users have different features that we don't use, but why not adapt or develop new ones for our ways of use? - Why only in Ukraine Meizu phones have almost the same prices as China, and in other countries come with a higher price, thus penalizing sales?
