In one morning, i've founded it with there mode. Then i've checked for next things: 1. Screenlock is gone. No things to enter password, fingerprint or something else. After reboot this appears for 3-5 seconds. If i enter password, no guest mode for next 1-2 seconds. After this, phone enable it. 2. Recovery doesn't working. If reboot with VolUP+Power, phone vibrate on meizu logo and reboot. Then phone boot in normal. 3. mzAccount.apk isn't present, so no flyme account. 4. No root. 5. No adb. Anybody knows how back phone to normal mode?

Having the exact same problem. Funny thing is that my S/N numbers and IMEI are the same (phone and box)... I sent an e-mail to Meizu but no answer till now... Hope we get some info on how to transform back our paper weights to phones...

No solution for now. For now we have 40+ owners with this problem and reply from mzcs@meizu.com - "Device buyed from unauthorized shop, we can't help."

In phone s/n starts with 85O (o) On box - 850. Also we inspected, legal s/n in check on meizu site submitted as 16gb edition. We all have 32gb version... We all buy a illegaly refurbished phone, i think...

On russian community we have 10-15 owners of mx5 with same problem. We think is remote block from meizu, maybe it's connected with releasing of 5.1.6.0G, 'cause we all affected this problem in few days. Early, i send mail to 2 service emails of meizu, no response. :c

Yesterday my phone reboot itself and go into the guest mode. Have you fixed your phone?
