That explains it.
Certain carriers use ceratin frequencies fir their SIM cards. Mine use webe, a 850 Mhz (Band 5) that is more or less compatinke with earlier Meizu devices. Still, able to ultilize 4G through hidden android code : *#*#4636#*#* to go to phone info and set certain frequency band for your MX4. Hope that helps

Hey, In order to help you out please provide more informations: 1) Did 4g work before? If it did, when did it stop working? ( Did you flash new firmware or messed with root level interface? Any hardware damage? ) 2) Can you provide frequencies of your provider? P. S. If you are late on paying bill for mobile services, providers sometimes disconnect their SIMS - You can't connect to 4g at all but you won't be able to make any calls/texts so I guess you would know. Keep us updated ^m^

Sorry I think I said a stupid, to know the frequencies of your device, you will find them on the net, it seems to me that Antutu does not necessarily indicate them

ello, you must first know the frequencies 4g of your service provider and if those of your device are the same: compatibility or not! Antutu allows you to know the frequencies of your device. For my part only a frequency 4g is compatible with a single operator!
