I am using a Meizu Mx5(India) running flyme 5.1. 6.0IN. Recently I have encountered a strange problem where my Google play store won't update(already installed apps)/download new apps. It continuously shows downloading stutus on Google play store and waiting status under notification panel(I have attached few screenshots for that).

I have intensively searched for a solution and done the following

1. Removed Cache and cleared data from Google Play store app.

2. Uninstalled updates for Google Play store app.

3. Cleared system Cache.

4. Maintained sufficient free internal storage (about 4GB)

5. Disabled and re enabled data restrictions for Google Play store app under data center(under security app).

(Action were not performed in a sequence i have mentioned here but in a sequence that is mentioned under troubleshooting for Google Play store by Google)

But the problem still persists.

From my research I have found a solution which seems to be working for almost everyone and that solution is

Uncheking Background Data Restriction under settings (Settings>Data>background data restriction)
But we don't have data control section under settings menu in flyme OS(5.1.6.0IN). Though there is a option for data management under Security app but it's not working from there.

Please share a solution for this problem.
