swipe problem!swipe from the bottom for task manager not working. what shall I do?

Go to settings - accessibility - task manager open - and here you'll find two options: one is swipe up from bottom edge (thus you say doesn't work, first check if it's turned on) and the second is swipe left from the right edge of the screen ( use this alternative one if first doesn't work) | |
