M2 Mini not going into deep sleep Edited by VitoBerezovsky at 2016-03-20 00:10
Hello! I have a problem - my phone is not going into deep sleep. Statistics at settings show that Android OS process drains around 15-20% of battery overnight. Wakelock Detector and BetterBatteryStats show that the source of battery drain is EINT wakelock and ttyc0, which make the CPU work at 1 GHz frequency 99% of the time. 3G, 4G, Wi-Fi, GPS, different synchronizations etc. - everything is disabled and still this problem remains. I even did a hard reset and tested it on a totally clean firmware without any additional applications - only those that were in firmware. Didn't help. My firmware is 4.5.4I (International). Awaiting for a response from a tech support, because I am not the only one with this problem: lots of M2 users from 4pda.ru and XDA forums also reported this issue and we haven't been able to find a workaround yet.

Thanks for the link, but there is no solution to this. I have tried formatting, hard reset etc. - this problem still persists. It doesn't help.

Bumpity bump. Can I at least hope that my (and it is not only mine) problem has been noted and is being looked into?

I have the same problem, my Mesizu M2 mini is not going into deep sleep. I have read that it can be related to the permissions given to the google services but it is still not clear for me. If anybody can help it will be great!

Us users on 4pda forums were able to find out that this wakelock problems start even on clean firmware after first reboot. It seems that something gets wrong in the process and wakelocks then get on a rampage.
Still awaiting for a word from moderators or anyone from Meizu, but planning to sell this glitched phone and get something else...

I also have a problem. Do not leave your phone in a "deep sleep." Constantly running the processor at 1GHz frequency. 4.5.4i firmware.
