FOR ROOT OPTION : download user center and app center from here http://forum.flymeos.com/thread-700-1-1.html then sign into meizu account with user center , root permission will display under finger print and security and flyme account also come under accounts automatically when you install and sign into user center.there is themes also works download themes.apk and change time zone to hong kong to download and apply themes in indian flyme 5(china server is very slow some times,so patience needed). To download or view link of flyme os 5 you should sign in to flyme account and view this page in pc mode or use real pc browser to download.
