Lock/ notification bugDual clocks show on lock screen and can't be removed, sometimes showing even the wrong time. Light on phone no longer shines when having notifications. Should I factory reset? If I backup using the phones feature will everything be the same or should I backup certain things individually?

You must to choose the region, and then reset phone.

Any way of fixing without factory reset? Changing region doesn't help no matter how many times I restart.
