MY m6 note is charging so slowMY m6 note is charging so slow i can`t get my battrey fully charged it hangs over 65% after 3 hours of charging.
notes : 1- I switched the phone off during charge. 2- I charge it with both original charger and cable. 3- I just bought the phone yesterday. please help thanks | |

Try this. Blow the USB ports and make sure the USB on the charging brick is seated properly. If that didn't solves it. Try fully discharging your phone and recharge it back to 100% and if it still not resolves return it or send it to a Meizu support center
