That is not normal. If you have a Meizu service centre in your area see if they agree to hard reset your device. | |

I have already upgraded to newer version global 5.1.12. Still the issue sustain. Whom should I write with all my valid documents to unbind the unknown account from my device. Or would you please do me a favor unbinding this unknown account. I can attach all documents if required. Please reply. Or should I try for next updated ROM. If so, which one? Please help. Awaiting early reply because I want to participate different quiz and other programs available in this Forum with my beloved M3 Note.

Download the latest firmware from the forum and update the phone with clear data ticked. you won't see that error again.
