Hi,  M2 Note supports SD card of FAT32 format. Please check your SD card format, if it's not FAT32, then it cannot be used on the M2 Note.

please make the flyme 6 read and use a non FAT32 sd card because we're having trouble finding FAT3 ...

Hi, sorry for the inconvenience caused, we'll pass this suggestion to our product managers. Meanwhile, could you use Windows to format your SD card and before the formatting starts, you can change the disk format from NTFS to FAT 32. This is the solution for now, sorry again for the inconvenience. Have a nice day!
